Pay using Loppi

  • You will need your 11-digit customer number and confirmation number . *Please note that changes and refunds cannot be made at convenience stores.
 

Step 1

Select the "If you have various numbers" button on the left side of the Loppi home screen.
 

Step 2

Enter your customer number and proceed to the next screen.
 

Step 3

Enter the confirmation number and proceed to the next screen.
 

Step 4

Please wait a moment until the communication is complete.
 

Step 5

Check the service details and select "Yes" if you agree.
 

Step 6

After checking the payment notes, select "Yes" if you agree.
 

Step 7

Take the "application ticket" printed out by the device and pay at the cash register within 30 minutes.
