You can choose from credit card, shopping credit, convenience store payment, bank transfer, or atone next-month payment (convenience store/bank transfer).

After payment confirmation, products will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding backordered items.


 ●Shopping Credit (Interest-free installment payment)

After your order on this site is completed, we will send you an application URL by email within 1-2 business days. Please enter the required information from the URL. Sumitomo Mitsui Card will conduct a screening, and if approved, your payment will be confirmed. Products will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding backordered items.

*Available for purchases of 100,000 yen (tax included) or more.
*If payment is not confirmed due to the screening results, the order will be automatically canceled.
*The maximum number of installments varies depending on the purchase amount.

 atone is a next-month payment service anyone can use immediately. You can pay for all your purchases from the current month at a convenience store or via bank transfer next month.

 ●NP Post-payment (convenience store, post office, bank, LINE Pay)

This is a safe and easy payment method that allows you to pay at "convenience stores," "post offices," "banks," or "LINE Pay" after confirming the arrival of your product.
The invoice will be mailed separately from the product, so please pay within 14 days of issuance.
If payment cannot be confirmed after the due date, a handling fee may be added.

    Returns and exchanges

    Returns and exchanges due to product defects, etc.

    If the delivered product is found to have a defect or flaw, we will accept a return or exchange for a normal product.
    Please contact us by phone or through the inquiry form immediately after arrival.

    Exchange procedure

    1 After you contact us, we will ship a replacement product. A return slip will be included with it.

    2 In the meantime, please prepare for the return, such as packing the defective product you are returning.

    3 When you receive the replacement product, affix the enclosed return slip to the box you packed in step 2, and hand it to the delivery person on the spot.

    *In cases where the product sold is a limited edition item or the last one available, and depending on inventory status, we may not be able to accept an exchange and may instead issue a refund.

    Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience

    Returns and exchanges are possible within 8 days of product arrival.
    Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items, provided we are contacted within 7 days of arrival.
    Please return the product in the same condition as when it arrived, free from dirt or damage.
    Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or product discrepancies.
    If you return the product with payment on delivery, we will charge you for the shipping cost.
    However, for the products listed below, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience even if they are unopened.

    Non-returnable products

    ・Supplements and other food products, beverages, hygiene products
    ・Training equipment, aerobic exercise equipment

    *Especially for large training equipment, please be sure to check the delivery route and installation location before ordering to ensure that delivery and installation are possible.
    If you are unsure, please contact us via email before ordering.

    Exchange procedure

    • After you contact us, please return the product to the Mail Order Returns & Exchanges Department. You may use any shipping method convenient for you, but please send it in a way that provides a delivery record.
      *The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and if its condition is satisfactory, we will proceed with the return or exchange.
    • For exchanges, we will ship a replacement item; for returns, we will process a refund.
      *For exchanges, if there is a price difference, we will bill you for the amount due via cash on delivery.
      *For refunds, we will ask you for your preferred refund method when we process the return.
