The console is very simple and intuitive to operate.

Adjust speeds up to 15km/h with the central rotary dial. A hand pulse sensor is also equipped on the handles, allowing you to check your heart rate and monitor your training intensity. Furthermore, convenient shortcut keys enable smooth changes to incline settings and more, without stress.
